This website is operated by Innovative Vending Solutions (Pty) Ltd (Registration No. 2024/176221/07), referred to here as “IVS”, “we” or “us”. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.
2. What this website is
This site is informational. It describes the machines we sell and rent, the services we provide, and how to reach us. You cannot buy anything on it and no payment is taken through it.
3. Information, specifications and prices
We take care to keep the information here accurate and current, but we do not warrant that everything on the site is complete, current or error-free.
In particular:
- Specifications — dimensions, weights and capacities are given in good faith and may vary between production runs or configurations. Confirm critical measurements with us before you commit to a site, a doorway or a lift.
- Availability — machine and parts availability depends on current stock levels and supplier lead times, and changes constantly. Nothing on this site is a representation that an item is in stock.
- Prices and ranges — any price or price range shown is indicative only. It is not an offer and it is not binding. A binding price is one we have quoted you in writing for your specific requirement.
4. Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. It is an invitation for us to respond. A contract comes into existence only when we have issued a written quotation or agreement and you have accepted it.
Any sale, rental or service we go on to provide is governed by the terms of that written agreement — including warranty terms, rental eligibility conditions and service arrangements — and not by this page.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, photographs, layout, design and the arrangement of it — belongs to IVS or is used with permission, and is protected by South African and international copyright law.
You may view, download and print pages for your own non-commercial use. You may not republish, reproduce, sell, licence or otherwise commercially exploit any part of this site without our written permission. Third-party names, brands and logos that appear in case studies remain the property of their respective owners and are shown to describe work we carried out.
6. Links to other sites
Where we link to other websites, we do so for convenience or context. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
7. Availability of the site
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and may update these terms, at any time. The version published here is the one that applies.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and without limiting any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 that cannot lawfully be excluded, IVS is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on information published on it. Where a decision matters — a purchase, a site layout, an installation — confirm the detail with us in writing first.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction.
