Vending machines for Namibia
We export vending machines from South Africa to buyers in Namibia — and we have proven cashless card payment on Namibian payment rails rather than assuming it works.
Proven, not assumed
Cashless card payment, proven on Namibian payment rails
- Card approvedon Namibia's payment channel
- Charged in NADNamibian dollars, not rand
- Product dispensedpayment and vend tied together
- Recordedin the acquirer's own back office
- Finaticour Namibian payments partner
What this means for you: the hard part is done. The payments work on Namibian rails, in Namibian dollars, through a local partner — the part of exporting a cashless machine that cannot be assumed. Export is purchase-only — and you are not on your own with it: parts are couriered to you, and our technicians support you by phone and WhatsApp with videos and guides for anything that needs changing. Payments
Cashless in Namibian dollars, through a local partner
The VendBot P5L terminal
The same card, tap and QR terminal we fit in South Africa, running on Namibia's payment channel. It ships with its own mobile data SIM and can use WiFi as well, so a site with patchy signal still takes card. See how our payment systems work.
Finatic, our local partner
Finatic is a Namibian payments company listed on the Bank of Namibia's National Payment System Participants list. They handle merchant onboarding and payouts in-country — which is what makes it possible to pay a Namibian machine out in Namibia rather than through a cross-border workaround.
The cashless service is priced in NAD
Card transactions are processed and paid out in Namibian dollars. Machines themselves are quoted in South African rand, like the rest of our export work — and a Namibian setup involves an in-country merchant onboarding, so we quote the whole thing per site rather than guess at it.

What we do, and what we do not, in Namibia
We do
- Sell and export machines to Namibian buyers — purchase, you own it.
- Supply the P5L cashless terminal, configured for the Namibian channel.
- Introduce you to Finatic for merchant onboarding and payouts.
- Hand over the operating knowledge: siting, stocking, pricing, reporting.
- Back you after the sale — spare parts couriered to Namibia, WhatsApp support, training videos and step-by-step guides, and a technician on the phone when something needs fixing.
We do not — yet
- Send a technician to your site. The hands-on work is yours or a local technician's — we supply the parts, the guides and the phone support.
- Rent machines into Namibia. Export is purchase-only.
- Guarantee delivery times or mobile-data coverage — both depend on your site and carrier, and we will not promise either blind.
We would rather lose an enquiry than win one on a promise we cannot keep. If a Namibian service partnership changes this, the page changes with it.
Questions
Vending machines in Namibia
Do you sell vending machines in Namibia?
Yes — we export machines to buyers in Namibia. It is a purchase: you own the machine and operate it. We supply the machine, the cashless payment terminal and the setup knowledge; installation and ongoing maintenance are arranged on your side.
Does cashless card payment actually work in Namibia?
Yes, and we have proven it rather than assumed it. We have run a live card transaction on Namibian payment rails through our partner Finatic — approved by the issuer, product dispensed, and the transaction recorded in the Namibian acquirer back office. The video on this page shows a VendBot P5L running on that channel.
Who handles the money side in Namibia?
Finatic, a Namibian payments company listed on the Bank of Namibia's National Payment System Participants list, is our local partner. They handle merchant onboarding and payouts in-country, which is what makes it possible to pay a Namibian machine out in Namibia rather than across a border. We introduce you to Finatic; the onboarding itself runs between you and them.
What does a machine cost in Namibia?
Machines are quoted in South African rand, like the rest of our export work, and the cashless service is priced in Namibian dollars. Because a Namibian setup involves an in-country merchant onboarding, we quote the whole thing per site — tell us what you need and we will put it in writing.
Do you service machines in Namibia?
Not on site — we do not send a technician across the border, and we would rather say so plainly. What you do get is everything short of that: spare parts couriered to you, WhatsApp support, training videos and step-by-step guides for changing parts, and one of our technicians on the phone walking you through a repair. The hands-on work is yours or a local technician's.
Which machines can you export to Namibia?
The same range we sell in South Africa — the Palma Hz70 and Hz87 and the CV1000 — with the same VendBot P5L cashless terminal. Nothing about the hardware is a special export version.
Planning a vending machine in Namibia?
Tell us the site, the product and whether you want cashless from day one. We'll quote the machine and the Namibian payment setup together.
