Rental model
Full-service vending machine rental
Affordable, independently operated vending machines on your premises, stocked with the products your site actually wants — for a minimal monthly fee.
The model
You provide the space. We do the rest.
Full service is the right model when you want the amenity but not the job. We provide and install fully operational machines stocked with popular snacks, drinks or your preferred products, and our team manages everything from routine restocking through to technical maintenance and cashless payment setup.
This suits offices, gyms and schools that want to offer refreshments without the overhead of managing them — and it is the model that survives staff turnover, because nobody internally has to own it.
Our approach is data-driven: after the first month we optimise the machine's inventory based on real sales trends, so the mix converges on what your building actually buys rather than what anyone guessed it would.
Included
What the monthly fee covers
The machine
Delivered, installed and configured for your site.
The stock
We buy it, own it and load it. No capital tied up in inventory, and no wastage risk on your books.
Restocking
On a schedule that follows actual sales rather than a fixed calendar.
Maintenance
Servicing and repairs by our own technicians.
Payment systems
Card, tap and QR fitted to suit the site — including cashless-only where you would rather not have a cash box.
The product mix
Agreed with you up front, then refined from real sales data after the first month.
Whose stock it is
We own the stock, so we care what sells
On full service the inventory is on our books, not yours. That is the part of the model worth understanding: we carry the cost of anything that does not move, so nobody has to persuade us to fix a bad mix.
After the first month the range is set from what your building actually bought, not from what anyone guessed it would.
The stock
The range to choose from
Agreed with you before the machine arrives, then corrected from real sales data. Allergen, halaal and sugar-free requirements are handled at the same stage.
-
Cold drinks
Chilled all the way down the column, not just at the front. On a hot Cape Town afternoon this is most of the machine’s takings.
- Soft drinks Cans and 440 ml bottles
- Water Still and sparkling — the steadiest seller anywhere
- Energy drinks Night shift and early starts
- Juice And iced tea, where a site wants less fizz
-
Snacks
The impulse row. It is what pays for the machine between meals, and it is the first thing to restock from real sales data rather than a guess.
- Chips Single-serve bags and sharing packs
- Chocolate The most reliable line in vending
- Sweets Maynards, mints and chewing gum
- Bars Protein, muesli and mini rice cakes
-
Biltong, nuts and dried fruit
The range most vending operators skip, and the one that changes who uses the machine. Higher margin, longer shelf life, and it is what gets a machine approved in a gym, a hospital or a school.
- Biltong Sliced and stick, resealable
- Droëwors Travels and keeps better than most
- Nuts Salted, raw, roasted and trail mix
- Dried fruit Mango, apricot, apple rings
-
Everyday essentials
The range that turns a snack machine into something a site genuinely needs — toiletries, painkillers, plasters and hygiene products. It is what makes vending work in a hospital, a residence or a factory at 2 a.m.
- Personal care Toothpaste, deodorant, wipes
- First aid Plasters and everyday painkillers
- Hygiene Sanitiser, tissues, sanitary products
- Grooming Razors, combs, travel sizes
Allergen, halaal and sugar-free requirements are handled at the planogram stage — tell us the constraint and we will build the mix around it.
Is it right for you?
When full service is the wrong answer
Full service works when a site has enough footfall to keep a machine turning over. Below that, the stock ages faster than it sells and nobody is happy — you get a tired machine, we get wastage.
If your site is quiet but you still want vending, buying a machine outright and stocking it yourself is usually the better economics, because you control exactly how much inventory sits in it. And if you want the revenue rather than the convenience, self-manage rental is the model that gives you 100% of it.
Tell us the honest headcount and hours and we will tell you which one fits. We would rather place the right machine than the bigger one.
